Waffle, simple recipe to prepare!
We provide you with the doses for the preparation of 5 18cm waffles, with a very low level of difficulty and a dough preparation time of 15 minutes. The ingredients to prepare our waffles are: 3 eggs, 250 grams of 00 flour, 75 grams of sugar, 125 grams of butter, 125 milliliters of milk, 6 grams of baking powder, 1 sachet of vanillin, a pinch of salt.
Procedure
- In a bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks
- Whip the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt
- Melt the butter on the heat and let it cool
- Add the sugar to the egg yolks and start whipping with the electric whisk and also add the well-warmed melted butter.
- Add the flour, yeast and vanilla to the dough and start mixing
- During processing, gradually add the milk to avoid leaving lumps
- Finally, add the whipped egg whites to make the mixture denser and more compact
- Grease the griddle with butter or oil and heat the griddle well
- Pour the mixture into the plate and close the lid
- Cooking times vary depending on the machine, but in general you can remove the waffles from the plate when they are golden brown
- Once cooked, serve them to your taste!
