Procedure

Mix AMERICAN CAKE & MUFFIN DARK with all the other ingredients in a planetary mixer with whisk. Kneading time: 5 min., medium speed Finally mix the dough with the CHOCOLATE CHUNKS. Pour about 85 g of mixture into the baking cups, cover with crumble decoration if desired and bake. After cooking, decorate the muffins with 20 g/each of AMERICAN DARK ICING using a piping bag.

STATIC OVEN - Cooking temperature: 195 °C Cooking time: approx. 35 min. FAN OVEN - Cooking temperature: 165 °C Cooking time: approx. 30 min.

  • Whole eggs: 1,100g
  • Sunflower oil: 1.050g
  • Water: 650g
  • DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS: 300g
  • MILK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS: 300g
  • WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNKS: 300g
  • Crumble decoration: to taste
  • AMERICAN DARK ICING: q.b.
