Two-tone Muffins

Procedures

  1. Mix AMERICAN CAKE & MUFFIN with all the other ingredients in a planetary mixer with whisk.
  2. Kneading time: 5 min., medium speed Finally mix the dough with the DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS (or chocolate pieces) and fill a piping bag with the dough.
  3. Mix AMERICAN CAKE & MUFFIN DARK with all the other ingredients in a planetary mixer with whisk. Kneading time: 5 min., medium speed Finally mix the dough with the WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNKS (or pieces of white chocolate) and fill a piping bag with the dough.
  4. Pour both mixtures together (40 g each) into the baking cup and cook.

STATIC OVEN - Cooking temperature: 195 °C Cooking time: approx. 35 min. FAN OVEN - Cooking temperature: 165 °C Cooking time: approx. 30 min.
