Apple and Cinnamon Muffins

Procedure

Mix AMERICAN CAKE & MUFFIN with all the other ingredients in a planetary mixer with whisk. Kneading time: 5 min., medium speed Fill the piping bag with the dough. Pour 65 g of dough and 15 g of apple filling into each cup, cover the surface with crumble decoration and bake. After cooking, use a piping bag to place 20 g of apple filling in the center of the cake and decorate further as desired.

STATIC OVEN - Cooking temperature: 200 °C Cooking time: approx. 40 min. FAN OVEN - Cooking temperature: 170 °C Cooking time: approx. 35 min.

  • Whole eggs: 1,100g
  • Sunflower oil: 1.050g
  • Water: 650g
  • Cinnamon: 25g
  • Apple filling pieces: 1,350g (before cooking)
  • Crumble decoration: to taste Apple filling pieces: 1,780 g (after cooking)
