It is a very particular flavour, which seems granulated, it is the vermilion pomegranate. For true connoisseurs, it is sweet but also very special, as it represents a perfect combination of sweet and sour. You can prepare it with our semi-finished pomegranate ice cream to be cold worked, to which you must add, as in the previous cases, either water or milk.
If you intend to mix with water, use 450 g of product for every 1 liter of water used. In particular, to obtain an excellent result, we recommend using 1 sachet with 3 liters of water. It is then advisable to let the mixture mature for about 30 minutes. Pomegranate ice cream can be made even more special by adding lemon juice, to accentuate the acidic taste by replacing part of the water, such as 10 or 20 grams per litre; or with the addition of pomegranate juice, in quantities recommended by us of 100, 150 grams per liter, replacing the same quantity of water.
