Natural Gianduione Paste for Ice Cream
Pasta Gianduione is characterized by only natural flavours. With high cocoa content mixed with hazelnuts, it is used to prepare the classic Gianduia flavour.
Appearance: It is a dense dark brown paste, with a characteristic flavor and aroma of hazelnut and cocoa.
Features: Creamy paste based on hazelnuts (first ingredient) and top quality cocoa to offer the typical Gianduia flavour, both in ice cream parlors and in artisan pastry shops. Contains exclusively natural flavours. It has an excellent yield in ice cream and is also suitable for the preparation of the flavor called "Bacio" with the addition of Hazelnut Crumbs and/or Whole Toasted Hazelnuts, as well as for the preparation of ice cream cakes.
The creaminess of the paste facilitates its use in pastries and cold pastries both as a filling in cakes and single portions, and to flavor custard and whipped cream.
How to use: For ice creams the dose is extremely variable depending on the intensity of flavor desired: from 150 to 230 g of product per liter of milk-based mixture. For pastry making it can be used pure in personal ways. Mix before use.
Ingredients: Hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa, emulsifier: lecithins (soya); natural flavours. May contain: gluten, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.
Vegan Product.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
