The White Natural Vanilla Ice Cream Paste is a delicious vanilla ice cream paste, flavouring which contains ground vanilla bean and natural vanilla flavourings. Very high quality Made in Italy.

Appearance: Dark colored paste of medium viscosity, with finely ground vanilla pods in suspension.
Features: It is a flavoring paste that contains ground vanilla bean and natural vanilla flavourings. Does not contain dyes. It gives the ice cream an ivory-white color characterized by black dots resulting from the ground berry.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, flavourings, salt, ground vanilla pods, thickeners (agar-agar, pectin), vanilla extract 0.1%. Gluten free
MAY CONTAIN: SOY, MILK, EGG, NUTS, PISTACHIOS
Approximate dose: 25-30 g of product per liter of milk-based mixture, white or yellow depending on your habits. Mix well before use.
