Excellent as a supplement to fresh or frozen fruit and for the preparation of granitas. It is also used in various artisanal pastry making processes. Ingredients: Sugar, strawberries, glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid; water, natural flavourings, elderberry, stabilizer: pectins. May contain:
pecans, soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.

How to use: 100g of product per liter of fruit base mixture. In variable doses, as a supplement to fresh and/or frozen fruit. Mix well before use.

Storage: the product must be stored in the original container, in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
