The Caramel Ice Cream Paste is a semi-finished product for making ice cream or for variegating, with an unmistakable strong flavour, due to its full-bodied structure and the color.
Appearance: Dense fluid with a caramel color and a characteristic caramel flavor with a hint of vanilla; characteristic vanilla smell.
Features: Semi-finished paste which, due to its unmistakable flavour, structure and colour, is ideal not only for the preparation of Caramel flavored ice cream but also for variegating various ice cream flavors (for example Fiordilatte, Pannacotta, Meringue, etc.). It is also excellently used in the preparation of semifreddos.
Ingredients: Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, flavourings, caramelised sugar, stabilizer: E466; dye: E160b. May contain: pecans, soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts. Gluten-free.
How to use: 70-100 g of product per liter of milk-based mixture, for Caramel flavored ice cream. To vary the product, it must be used in personal doses and methods, depending on the needs of the individual craftsman. Mix before use.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container, in a cool, dry place.
