An orange-coloured, gel-textured melon flavouring paste for fruit ice cream and pastry creams. It can be used without fresh fruit or to complement fresh or frozen melon. Gluten-free.
How to use
Use 80–100 g per litre of fruit ice cream mix made with water, or with a combination of water and milk. Adjust the amount when combining with fruit or pastry creams. Stir before use.
Ingredients and allergens
Sugar and water syrup, glucose syrup, melon, acid: citric acid; flavourings, stabiliser: pectins; colour: beta-carotene. May contain soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
Pack sizes and storage
200 g, 500 g and 1 kg. Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
