Melon Ice Cream Paste is a paste characterized by the intense flavor and aroma of melon: it gives the ice cream a pleasant and strong flavor even without the use of fresh fruit. Melon ice cream can also be prepared using a part of milk instead of water. (e.g. half water and half milk).

Ingredients.
Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, melon, acidifier: citric acid; flavourings, stabilizer: pectins; colouring: beta-carotene. May contain: SOY, MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS, PEANUTS.
How to use.
80-100 g of product per liter of fruit base mix with all water or part water and part milk, depending on habits. In variable doses as a supplement to fresh or frozen melon. Mix before use.
Conservation.
The product must be stored in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place.
