The Dark Plastic Chocolate with a high content of Chocolate (60%), gluten-free with the characteristics of:

Directions for use
Take the desired quantity of Plastic Chocolate from the package and knead lightly with your hands or place in a planetary mixer with hook or paddle at low speed just enough to soften the structure. Alternatively, heat very carefully in the microwave at low power for a few seconds until the desired consistency is obtained.
Creation of decorative subjects
Shape manually or place the dough in silicone molds and immediately demould.
Cake coverings: roll out with a sheeter or rolling pin until the desired thickness is reached, possibly with the help of lightly dusting with starch or icing sugar, cover the cakes, taking care to ensure that the dough adheres well even to the edges.
If you need to cover cakes with particularly high edges, we recommend proceeding separately by covering the surface with a disk of the right size and the edge with a ribbon of pastry.
Ingredients: chocolate 60% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, sunflower lecithin, natural flavouring), glucose syrup, starch (potato), preservative: acid solbian. May contain traces of milk, nuts, sulphites.
Close well with cling film to prevent the product from drying out. Store carefully in a cool, dry place.
