Caramel Sauce - for Decorating and Varieting Ice Creams, Cakes and Various Desserts
The Caramel Sauce is ideal for garnishing pannacottas, creme caramel puddings and plated desserts. Due to its organoleptic and structural characteristics, it is ideal for decorating ice cream cups, cones and cups (in particular Fiordilatte, Vanilla and Pannacotta flavours) and single portions.
It is also excellently used in artisanal pastry making for decoration and filling of crem caramel, pannacotta and bavarois in general, as well as cakes, semifreddos and mousses.
Appearance: Viscous liquid of a caramel brown colour, with a characteristic caramel flavor and aroma.
Ingredients: Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, flavourings, caramelised sugar, stabilizer: pectins; dye: E160b. May contain: soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts. Gluten-free.
How to use: The product can be used in variable doses depending on the needs of the individual craftsman. Shake well before use.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, in the original packaging.
