The Berries and Yogurt Cream is also ideally suited to being used as a flavoring for custards and cream and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, redcurrants) (12%), sweetened condensed skimmed MILK , modified starch (corn), YOGURT powder (1.5%), acidifier E270, preservatives: E200-E202, flavourings, colourings: beta carotene - E120. GLUTEN FREE.
Store in a cool, dry place until natural expiration. Do not store in the fridge.

How to use berries?

At this point you can add the sugar and starch (or starch) and mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous batter is formed. Then pour everything into the milk and mix carefully until it thickens. Finally, the resulting mixture is placed on a very low heat and left to cook for about 15 minutes, stirring continuously until it becomes quite thick. Once ready, the cream can be served warm or cold as a dessert or used as a filling for cakes or tarts.
