Hazelnut and Cocoa Cream without Lactose Spread
Lactose-free hazelnut and cocoa cream spreadable, gluten-free, in a very convenient glass jar in a 200g pack. Ideal for filling cakes, with a typical and delicate hazelnut and cocoa flavour.
It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all filling and decoration uses, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds; also excellent in the culinary field!
It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our hazelnut and cocoa cream retains its characteristics unchanged.
Furthermore, it is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and creams and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.
Lactose and gluten free product.
Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oil (safflower, sunflower, palm), HAZELNUTS (12%), low-fat cocoa (8%), emulsifier: SOY lecithin, aromas. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
Packaging: 200g in glass jar.
Store in a cool, dry place. Example in the pantry. Do not store in the fridge.
