Gluten Free Pine Nut Cream
The Pine Nut Cream is a light brown, smooth paste with the characteristic smell and flavor of pine nuts. It is characterized by a high pine nut content (first ingredient) and a creamy structure. It is ideal for preparing ice creams with a typical pine nut flavour, even customized with toppings and fillings.
Due to its creamy structure it finds multiple uses also in semifreddos and in various artisanal pastry creations.
Ingredients: Pine nuts, CASHWELTS, emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA); aromas. May contain: EGGS, MILK, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, PECANS, BRAZIL NUTS, PISTACHIOS, MACADAMIA NUTS, PEANUTS.
Gluten free.
How to use: In ice cream parlors: 90-110 g of product per liter of milk-based mixture, white or yellow depending on your habits.
In pastry making: both pure and in variable doses for fillings, to flavor various types of creams (e.g. custard). Mix before use.
Storage: the product must be stored in the original jar, in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
Packaging: 200g or 500g.
