Characteristics.
The Mix for Waffles and Crepes is a straw-coloured free-flowing powder, practically odorless and tasteless.
Ingredients: Rice flour, sugar, potato starch, corn starch, tapioca starch, flavourings, raising agents: E450i, E500ii; stabilizers: E412, E415, E466; salt, psyllium seed flour, dextrose, emulsifiers: E471; dye: E160a. It may also contain: milk, soy, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original container, in a cool, dry place. It will keep its original characteristics unaltered for at least 30 months from the date of production.
How to use.
For waffles: 250 g of product, 65 g whole eggs, 215 g of water, 100 melted butter or margarine. Mix all the ingredients with a hand whisk or in a planetary mixer until the mixture is smooth. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding the necessary water. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a waffle maker.
For pancakes: 250 g of product, 50 g whole eggs, 425g of water, 100g melted butter or margarine; Mix all the ingredients with a hand whisk or in a planetary mixer until the mixture is smooth. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding the necessary water. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a hot pan.
For crepes: 250 g of product, 80 g whole eggs, 320g of water, 100g melted butter or margarine. Mix all the ingredients with a hand whisk or in a planetary mixer until the mixture is smooth. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding the necessary water. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a hot pan.
