The ingredients for quick chocolate brownies are:
- 150 grams of dark chocolate
- 115 grams of butter
- 255 grams of sugar
- 83 grams of flour
- 3 eggs
- 20 grams of bitter cocoa
- 1 pinch of salt
Procedure
- Put a pan with water on the heat and melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie
- When the chocolate has melted well, turn off the heat and add the other ingredients one at a time, mixing with a pastry whisk.
- Add the sugar and mix until well combined
- Add the eggs one at a time and continue mixing
- Add the bitter cocoa powder and mix a little more.
- Finally, add a pinch of salt and the sifted flour.
- Mix until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
- Line the baking mold with a sheet of baking paper
- Pour the mixture into the mold
- Bake at 180°C in a fan oven for about 35-40 minutes
- Be careful not to overcook our cake, leaving its interior slightly moist
- Take the cake out of the oven, but before removing it from the mold, let it rest for 5 minutes
- Let the dessert cool before serving and cut it into square pieces.
