The autumn season forces us to stay indoors more often, perhaps under the covers or at home with friends and relatives. At the end of dinner or while watching a film, what's better than a dessert with hazelnut cream?
Hazelnut cream tiramisu
Today we offer you a revisitation of a classic Italian dessert, easy to prepare and that will make everyone lick their fingers. Here we give you doses for 8 people, with a low level of difficulty and with a preparation time of just half an hour.
The ingredients for the hazelnut cream tiramisu are: 400 grams of ladyfingers, half a kilo of mascarpone, our hazelnut cream, 400 grams of fresh cream, enough coffee and milk, plenty of cocoa powder and lots of chopped hazelnuts (as much as Do you like it?).
Preparation of tiramisu with hazelnut cream
- Chill a bowl in the fridge
- Pour whipping cream into the bowl until stiff peaks form
- In a second bowl, pour mascarpone and hazelnut cream, mixing them until you obtain a smooth and soft cream.
- Combine this preparation with the previous one (the one with the whipped cream) mixing from bottom to top
- Prepare the coffee and add the milk
- Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee without letting them sponge
- In a baking dish, create a layer of ladyfingers covering the entire bottom, alternating it with a layer of mousse. Repeat the operation until you reach the edge of the pan.
- Decorate the final layer with a sprinkling of cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts.
- Let the dessert rest in the fridge for at least four hours before serving.
