Procedure
Mix American Cookie, Cocoa, Olva Gateaux Melange and the eggs in a stand mixer with paddle attachment until a solid "shortcrust pastry" dough is formed. Then follow the same procedure as for the Vanilla Cookie until the dough discs are positioned on the baking tray previously lined with baking paper. Maintain a certain distance between the discs (approx. 6 pieces per 60x40 cm pan). Place some Chocolate Chunks on top of the cookies before baking.

Cooking time: approx. 12/13 min.
Fan Oven
Cooking temperature: 170°C
Cooking time: approx. 12/13 min.
