The Natural Raspberry Ice Cream Paste is a semi-finished paste product which stands out for its good content of raspberries and as it contains only natural flavours.
It is a natural pasta, gluten-free and also suitable for vegans.
It is ideal not only for the preparation of ice cream or sorbet with a Raspberry flavour, in particular as a supplement to fresh and frozen fruit even in the preparation of granitas and in multiple processes of semifreddos and artisanal pastries.
How to use for ice creams and sorbets: 100g of raspberry ice cream paste per liter of water-based mixture or part water and part milk. In variable doses as a supplement to fresh or frozen fruit. To vary the product, it can be used pure in personal ways and doses.
Ingredients: sugar, raspberries, glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid; natural flavourings, elderberry, water, stabilizer: pectins. Gluten Free.
May contain: soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.
Storage: The product, stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place, will maintain its original characteristics unaltered.
