Yellow Vanilla Paste is a semi-finished red/orange paste, suitable for the preparation of vanilla flavored ice cream. Also excellent in pastry making.

Made in Italy product, suitable for domestic and professional use.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, salt, flavouring, E1422, thickeners: E407; dyes: E102, E129. Dyes (E129, E102) can negatively affect children's activity and attention. Allergens not present but however may contain traces of: milk and its derivatives, egg, cereals containing gluten, nuts, soy.

How to use: 35 g pasta + 1 kg milk base mix + 130 g cream + 25 g dextrose.

Storage: the product must be stored in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
