Base for Fruit Ice Creams is a thickening, stabilizing and emulsifying base of very high quality and a leader in the world of ice cream parlors.
The product does not contain Gluten as well as being dairy-free.
It can be worked both hot and cold.

Appearance: White, odorless and neutral-tasting free-flowing powder, with excellent cold solubility.
Features: Semi-finished powder designed for the cold preparation of basic mixes with a neutral flavor and therefore particularly suitable for fruit ice creams, with a particularly very creamy structure, with good increase in volume and excellent preservation. In fact, it guarantees spreadability and stability over time. Does not contain milk or milk derivatives. The neutral flavor brings out the added flavours, in particular fresh fruit.
How to use: 100 g of product per liter of water.
For cold processing: 1 liter of water, 250-270 g of total sugars, 100 g of product. It is recommended to let the mixture mature for about 30 minutes.
For hot processing: 1 liter of water, 260-280 g of total sugars, 80-100 g of product. The product can also be used in a pasteurizer, with the "Low pasteurization" cycle at 65°C.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, dextrose, refined vegetable fats (coconut), vegetable fiber (oligofructose), maltodextrins, stabilizers: E417, E464; emulsifiers: E472b, E477; acidifier: citric acid; vegetable proteins (pea, SOY).
