Procedure

Mix American Cookie with Olva Gateaux Melange, cinnamon, honey and eggs until you obtain a "shortcrust pastry" dough. Finally mix with oat flakes and raisins. (Mixing times depend on the quantity of dough and the type of mixer.) Form a cylinder of 5.5 cm in diameter and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the product is hard. Once the dough has cooled, cut into 2.5 cm thick discs (approximately 80 g) and place on a baking tray previously lined with baking paper. Maintain a certain distance between the discs (approx. 6 pieces per 60x40 cm pan).

Fan Oven

Cooking temperature: 170°C

Cooking time: approx. 13/14 min.
