Scroky Cocoa, Hazelnut and Crunchy Cereal Paste

A ready-to-use, semi-fluid cocoa and hazelnut paste with crunchy cereal and almond pieces. It remains soft and crunchy below freezing, making it suitable for ice cream ripples, ice cream cakes, semifreddi and mousses.

How to use

Use neat to ripple hazelnut, fiordilatte, white chocolate, custard, vanilla or cheesecake ice cream, or to fill frozen desserts. Stir before use.

Sugar, HAZELNUTS, refined vegetable fats, sunflower, cocoa, safflower, skimmed MILK powder, Scroky cereals, crunchy WHEAT pieces, WHEAT flour, salt, yeast, extruded WHEAT, WHEAT flour, salt, calcium carbonate, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins; OAT flakes, ALMONDS, sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fats (sal, shea, mango), tapioca starch, natural flavourings, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier: SOYA lecithins; flavourings.

Contains hazelnuts, milk, wheat, oats, almonds and soya. May contain eggs, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts and pecans.

Storage
