A light-brown almond paste with a sweet almond flavour and a slight bitter-almond note, for ice cream, semifreddi and pastry. Gluten-free and made in Italy.
How to use
Use 90–110 g per litre of milk-based mix. Stir before use. Combine with praline almond pieces, chocolate, stracciatella, almond nougat or brittle according to your recipe.

Sugar, ALMONDS, glucose syrup, water, flavourings.

Contains almonds. May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Store in the original container in a cool, dry place away from heat.
