Caramel Paste for Ice Cream and Ripples

A thick caramel paste with a vanilla note, for caramel ice cream, ripples and semifreddi. Gluten-free.

How to use

For caramel ice cream, use 70–100 g per litre of milk-based mix. For rippling, adjust the quantity and method to your recipe. Stir before use.

Ingredients

Sugar and water syrup, glucose syrup, flavourings, caramelised sugar, stabiliser: E466; colour: E160b.

May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Storage

Store in the original sealed container in a cool, dry place.
