A pure paste made from 100% Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnuts from Piedmont, with no added flavourings or emulsifiers. Its creamy, semi-fluid texture and gentle roast suit ice cream, creams, fillings, mousses, flavoured cream and semifreddi.
How to use
Use 80–100 g per litre of milk-based mix. In pastry, adjust to your recipe. Stir before use.
