An intensely flavoured, 100% pure roasted hazelnut paste made in Italy, with a creamy, fluid texture, for ice cream, custard, cream, mousses, semifreddi and pastry. Declared gluten-free.
How to use
For ice cream, use 80–100 g per litre of white or yellow milk-based mix. For pastry, adjust to the recipe. Stir thoroughly before use because natural oil may separate and rise to the surface.
