Artisan panettone by Dolciaria Fiorillo × Dolcincasa
A soft artisan panettone with sweet glaze, accompanied by a separate 200 g jar of Dolcincasa Caramel Fleur de Sel cream. The cream is supplied separately, not already inside the dough. Add it to each slice when serving, using the included disposable piping bag.
Supplied in Christmas gift packaging.
Panettone dough ingredients
Type 0 soft WHEAT flour, sugar, fructose, dried natural sourdough (WHEAT), emulsifier: E471; whole MILK powder, flavourings, salt, enzymes, flour treatment agent: E300; BUTTER, EGG yolk, granulated sugar, honey, baker’s yeast, salt, flavourings.
Accompanying cream ingredients
Vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), sugar, skimmed MILK powder, whole MILK powder, MILK whey powder, LACTOSE, anhydrous dairy BUTTER, caramelised sugar, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; natural flavourings, fleur de sel 0.1%, colour: paprika extract. May contain traces of other nuts.
