Artisan vanilla panettone – Dolciaria Fiorillo × Dolcincasa
Supplied already glazed with vanilla cream, with a choice of plain dough or dough with chocolate chips. A separate 200 g jar of Dolcincasa vanilla cream is supplied to add to the slices when serving.
Vanilla panettone ingredients
Flour treatment agent: E300; flavourings, BUTTER (MILK), emulsifier: E471; enzymes, type 0 soft WHEAT flour, fructose, vanilla cream glaze, whole MILK powder, baker’s yeast, dried natural sourdough (WHEAT), honey, salt, EGG yolk, sugar, granulated sugar.
Vanilla cream ingredients – 200 g jar
Water, sugar, glucose syrup, modified maize starch, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, cocoa butter, thickener: E461; salt, preservative: E202; acidity regulators: tartaric acid E334, tricalcium phosphate E341iii; colour: beta-carotene E160a; flavourings, emulsifier: E435.
