A soft, ready-to-use, gluten-free pistachio cream containing 15% pistachios. Use as a spread or filling for croissants, biscuits, brioche, doughnuts, muffins, tarts, cakes and spoon desserts. It can be added to custard, Chantilly cream, whipped cream or mascarpone.
Serving suggestion
Add four tablespoons to 250 ml of cream and whip until firm, then use to fill a chocolate loaf cake. It can also be combined with cream and mascarpone for pistachio tiramisu. Finish with chopped pistachios, dark chocolate flakes or fresh fruit.
Ingredients and allergens
Vegetable oils (palm), sugar, PISTACHIOS (15%), skimmed MILK powder, MILK whey powder, LACTOSE, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; flavourings. May contain traces of other nuts.
Pack sizes and storage
500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg. Keep in the original packaging in the pantry. Do not refrigerate.
