A ready-to-use lactose-free almond spread with a roasted sweet almond flavour, for bread, cakes, tarts, biscuits, pastry fillings and semifreddi. Suitable for baking and freezing applications according to the product directions. Supplied in a 200 g glass jar.
How to use
Use directly as a spread or filling, including applications requiring baking resistance. Suitable for freezing and for flavouring custard, cream, semifreddi, mousses and Bavarian creams, according to your recipe.
Ingredients
Sugar, vegetable oils (safflower, sunflower, palm), ALMONDS of Italian origin 12%, SOYA flour, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; flavourings.

Contains almonds and soya.
