A ready-to-use toffee-flavoured cream for filling, spreading, decorating and drip finishes on croissants, brioche, cakes, pastries, pancakes and waffles. Lactose-free, gluten-free and GMO-free. Supplied in a 200 g glass jar.
How to use
Use directly as a spread or filling, including applications requiring baking resistance. Suitable for freezing and for flavouring custard, cream, semifreddi, mousses and Bavarian creams, according to your recipe.
Ingredients
Sugar, vegetable oils (safflower, sunflower, palm), HAZELNUTS, SOYA flour, caramelised sugar, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; flavourings.
