Gluten-Free Zabaione Paste with Marsala

An orange, viscous zabaione flavouring paste with an intense Marsala aroma, for ice cream, semifreddi and pastry desserts, including variations on tiramisu. Gluten-free.

How to use

Use 80–120 g per litre of white or yellow milk-based mix. For pastry or other flavours, adjust according to the recipe. Stir well before use.

Ingredients

Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, condensed MILK, EGG yolk, alcohol, flavourings, thickener: sodium alginate; caramelised sugar, colour: beta-carotene; salt.

Storage

Store in the original container in a cool, dry place.
