How to use
Stir before use. The stated average dosage is 100–120 g per kg of preparation; adjust according to your recipe and desired flavour.
Ingredients
Sugar and water syrup, glucose syrup, coffee powder, skimmed MILK powder, Marsala wine, natural flavourings, low-fat cocoa powder, pasteurised EGG yolk powder, LACTOSE, MILK fats, MILK proteins, colours: paprika extract, annatto.
Allergens
Contains milk, lactose and egg. May contain pecans, soya, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Store in the original container in a cool, dry place.
