A red-purple forest berry paste with natural flavourings, for ice cream, granita, semifreddi, mousses and chilled pastry. Contains blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, redcurrants and elderberries. Gluten-free and suitable for vegan recipes.
How to use
Use 100 g per litre of water-based mix or a combination of water and milk. Adjust the quantity when complementing fresh or frozen fruit. For chilled pastry, use neat in quantities suited to your recipe. Stir well before use.
Ingredients and allergens
Sugar, forest berries (blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, redcurrants, elderberries), glucose syrup, water, acid: citric acid; natural flavourings, stabiliser: pectins. May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
Pack sizes and storage
200 g and 500 g. Store in the original sealed container in a cool, dry place.
