Gluten-Free Forest Berry Paste

A gluten-free, red-purple forest berry paste containing whole blueberries, currants and raspberries, for ice cream, ripples and granita.

How to use

For ice cream, use 170–200 g per litre of water-based mix or a combination of water and milk. Adjust when combining with fresh or frozen fruit. For rippling, use neat. Stir well before use.

Ingredients

Sugar and water syrup, forest berries (blueberries, currants, raspberries), glucose syrup, acid: citric acid; elderberry, stabiliser: pectins; flavourings.

Allergens

May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Storage

Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
