Pure Mortarella hazelnut paste from Campania, with an intense flavour and semi-fluid texture, for ice cream, custard, whipped cream, mousses, semifreddi and pastry fillings. Gluten-free and vegan. Its production process helps slow the separation of oil and solids.
How to use
Use 80–100 g per litre of milk-based ice cream mix. In pastry, adjust the quantity to your recipe and desired flavour. Stir before use.

Ingredients: HAZELNUTS. May contain pecans, soya, milk, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. When stored as directed, minimum shelf life may be 36 months from production. Check the date on the pack.
