A natural coconut paste containing grated coconut flesh, with an ivory-white colour and natural flavourings, for coconut ice cream, granita and pastry recipes. Gluten-free and suitable for vegan recipes.
How to use
Use 100 g per litre of milk-based mix or a mixture containing milk and water. Adjust when complementing fresh fruit. Stir thoroughly before use to distribute the coconut evenly.
