A bright-yellow citron flavouring paste made in Italy, for ice cream, sorbets, granita, semifreddo cake fillings and ripples. Gluten-free.
How to use
Use 80–100 g per litre of fruit base mix; a water-only base is recommended. Stir before use.
Ingredients
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, candied citron (citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acid: citric acid), acid: citric acid; flavourings, stabiliser: pectins; colours: E102, E131. E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergens
May contain soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
Storage
Store in the original sealed container in a cool, dry place.
