A pure paste made exclusively from Green Pistachio of Bronte PDO, with a natural olive-green to brown-green colour, without added colourings or flavourings. For ice cream, dessert creams, spreads and fillings for croissants, cakes, choux pastries and individual desserts.
How to use
For ice cream, use 100–120 g per kg of base mix, adjusting to your recipe. Stir thoroughly if natural oil separation occurs.
