A ready-to-use, lactose-free and gluten-free pistachio cream made in Italy, for spreading, piping, filling and decorating pastries and desserts before or after baking. Supplied in a 200 g glass jar.
How to use
Use directly as a spread or filling, including applications requiring baking resistance. Suitable for freezing and for flavouring custard, cream, semifreddi, mousses and Bavarian creams, according to your recipe.
Ingredients
Sugar, vegetable oils (safflower, sunflower, palm), PISTACHIOS 15%, SOYA flour, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; natural flavouring, salt, colours: E141, E100.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate. Observe the best-before date even after opening.
