Yoghurt and Forest Berry Cream 500 g

A soft, ready-to-use, gluten-free forest berry and yoghurt cream for tarts, cakes, biscuits, individual desserts and spoon desserts. Suitable for baking-resistant applications and freezing, and for flavouring custard, cream, semifreddi, mousses and Bavarian creams.

Use directly as a spread or filling, following your recipe.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, forest berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, redcurrants) 12%, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, modified maize starch, YOGHURT powder 1.5%, acid: E270; preservatives: E200, E202; flavourings, colours: beta-carotene and E120.

Store in a cool, dry place until the stated best-before date. Do not refrigerate.
