A soft, ready-to-use coconut cream for spreading and filling cakes, tarts, biscuits, pastries and spoon desserts. Lactose-free, gluten-free and GMO-free. Suitable before or after baking and for freezing. Supplied in a 200 g glass jar.
How to use
Use directly as a spread or filling, including applications requiring baking resistance. Suitable for freezing and for flavouring custard, cream, semifreddi, mousses and Bavarian creams, according to your recipe.
