Lactose-Free Coffee and Hazelnut Cream 200 g

A ready-to-use coffee and hazelnut spread with a roasted coffee profile, for filling, spreading and decorating bread, tarts, cakes, biscuits, pastries and chilled desserts. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Suitable for baking and freezing applications according to the product directions. Supplied in a 200 g glass jar.

How to use

Use directly as a spread or filling, including applications requiring baking resistance. Suitable for freezing and for flavouring custard, cream, semifreddi, mousses and Bavarian creams, according to your recipe.

Ingredients

Sugar, vegetable oils (safflower, sunflower, palm), HAZELNUTS 8%, roasted coffee 4%, SOYA flour, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; flavourings.
