A soft, ready-to-use lemon cream for spreading and filling cakes, tarts, pastries and chilled desserts. Suitable for use before or after baking and for flavouring custard, cream, mousses, semifreddi and Bavarian creams. It retains its characteristics when frozen.
Ingredients and allergens
Sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, modified starch, reconstituted lemon juice 3.5%, cocoa butter, acidity regulators: E330, E331; flavouring, preservative: E202; emulsifier: E472e; colours: beta-carotene and E516. Gluten-free. Contains milk.
