Gloss Spray

Food gloss spray to polish and protect confectionery products, chocolate, decorations and coatings.

Instructions for use:

• Shake well before use
• spray a thin and homogeneous layer while maintaining a distance of 15/20 cm from the surface
• avoid excessive use of the product
• let the treated food rest for at least 4 hours before consuming it

Ingredients:

• shellac (E904)
• ethyl alcohol
• propellant
• produced in a facility that uses soy lecithin

Creates a protective veil to avoid alterations over time.
