Procedure

Mix AMERICAN CAKE & MUFFIN with all the other ingredients in a planetary mixer with whisk. Kneading time: 5 min., medium speed. Pour 25 g pieces onto a baking tray and cook. Fill the Whoopies, once at room temperature, with 25g of whipped cream with AMERICAN ICING (VANILLA OR DARK) (or vanilla or chocolate cream).

STATIC OVEN - Cooking temperature: 200 °C Cooking time: approx. 11/12 min. FAN OVEN - Cooking temperature: 170 °C Cooking time: approx. 11/12 min.

  • AMERICAN CAKE & MUFFIN: 1.000g
  • Whole eggs: 365g
  • Sunflower Oil: 350g
  • Water: 220g
  • Whipped cream with AMERICAN ICING (Vanilla or Dark): to taste
