An artisan Sicilian almond paste block for making almond drinks and almond granita. Contains 35% Avola almonds, for use at home, in bars and in small pastry or ice cream kitchens.
How to use
For an almond drink, dissolve 250 g of paste in 1 litre of water. For granita, use 250 g of paste, 1 litre of water and 100 g of sugar. Optionally add 50 g of whole milk and cinnamon to taste.
Ingredients
Avola ALMONDS 35%, sugar 65%, flavourings.
Allergens
Contains almonds. Adding optional milk introduces milk as an allergen.

Store in a cool, dry place.
