A bright-yellow, semi-fluid, gluten-free passion fruit paste for ice cream, sorbets and chilled desserts. Suitable both for flavouring the mix and for rippling or decorating prepared ice cream.
How to use
Use 90–100 g per litre of fruit base mix made with water or with water and milk. For ripples and decorations, adjust to the required result. Stir well before use; a few seconds of mixing is sufficient for rippling.
Ingredients
Sugar and water syrup, glucose syrup, passion fruit, flavourings, acid: citric acid; stabiliser: pectins; safflower extract.
Allergens
May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
